At Flicknexs, we stand behind our services and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for our OTT platform services.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Service cancellation within 7 days of initial setup (for new accounts only)
- Major service outages lasting more than 72 hours within the first month
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon features as specified in the service contract
- Technical issues preventing platform functionality for more than 14 days
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date.
Custom development work and third-party integrations are non-refundable once completed.
Monthly and annual subscription fees may be prorated based on usage and service delivery.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@flicknexs.com with your account details
- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request
- Include relevant documentation or screenshots if applicable
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain registration and SSL certificate fees
- Third-party licensing costs (CDN, payment gateways, etc.)
- Completed custom development work and integrations
- Data migration and setup services after completion
- Training and consultation services already provided
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your service without requesting a refund:
- Provide 30 days written notice before your next billing cycle
- Complete any pending data backup or migration processes
- Settle any outstanding invoices before cancellation
- Return any provided hardware or equipment if applicable
Upon cancellation, access to your platform will be maintained until the end of your current billing period.
Data retention policies will apply as outlined in your service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision or have concerns about our service:
We encourage open communication and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
All disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
You may escalate unresolved issues to our management team for final review.
