By using Flicknexs services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Payment for our services is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon in your service contract.

All payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways including Stripe, Razorpay, Payoneer and Cashfree.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy and must be requested within the specified timeframe.

Flicknexs Playout Streaming Service enables 24/7 live streaming with simultaneous broadcasting across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

It comes with three subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise, to cater to creators of all sizes. Each plan provides scalable streaming, storage and support features to match your channel’s requirements and growth.

This subsection applies exclusively to users subscribed to the Flicknexs Playout Streaming Service. All other provisions of these Terms of Service continue to apply.

The Service is offered as a promotional subscription plan to eligible users, as displayed on the Flicknexs website.

The pricing for the subscription remains valid only while the subscription is continuously active.

If the subscription is cancelled and later reactivated, the prevailing price at the time of re-subscription will apply.

Flicknexs reserves the right to approve, refuse, revoke or discontinue the plan at its discretion.

The subscription fee for the Service is billed monthly at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

There are no additional setup or hidden fees under the plan.

Applicable taxes and payment gateway charges, if any, are borne by the user.

Failed or incomplete payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of access to the subscription until payment is resolved.

The subscription runs on a monthly recurring basis until cancelled by the user.

Users may cancel the plan at any time through the account dashboard.

No cancellation fees apply.

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to the Service.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the subscription start date.

After the refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Flicknexs.

Refunds will not be granted in cases of misuse, policy violations or breach of Flicknexs terms.

The Service includes access to playout streaming features such as video uploading, scheduling, basic EPG, analytics, content management, multi-device streaming and monetization tools, as made available under the plan.

Flicknexs may modify, add or discontinue features associated with the subscription.

Flicknexs commits to 99.9% platform uptime for the Service. If uptime falls below this level in a given month, users may be eligible for service credits as defined by Flicknexs’ uptime policy.

Flicknexs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the contract.

Upon termination, access to our services will be discontinued and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

Data backup and migration assistance may be provided for a limited time following termination, subject to additional fees.
