1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Flicknexs services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Service Description
Flicknexs provides white-label OTT streaming platform solutions, including but not limited to:
- White-label OTT platform development for Web, Mobile, and Smart TVs
- Cloud VOD and live streaming content management systems (CMS)
- Multi-device streaming applications (Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS)
- Analytics, user authentication, and monetization tools (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD)
- Technical customer support and continuous platform maintenance
Our services are provided on a subscription basis, and we reserve the right to modify or enhance platform features to ensure high availability and security.
3. User Responsibilities
As a subscriber or client using our streaming software, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and verifiable registration details
- Maintain strict confidentiality of administrative credentials and API keys
- Use our infrastructure in compliance with all applicable broadcasting, digital rights, and privacy laws
- Refrain from uploading illegal, infringing, or malicious video assets
- Respect the intellectual property rights of third-party content providers
4. Payment Terms & Billing
Payment for our platform software is billed in advance according to your selected billing plan (monthly or annually).
Payments are processed via authorized, PCI-DSS compliant gateways including Stripe, Authorize.Net, and PayPal.
Failure to settle invoices promptly may lead to service suspension after prior notification.
5. Playout & Live Streaming SLA
Flicknexs Playout Streaming allows 24/7 scheduled live broadcasting and linear TV creation.
Subscribers receive cloud storage, CDN allocation, and multi-platform publishing capabilities according to their plan tier.
Flicknexs guarantees 99.9% core streaming infrastructure uptime.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flicknexs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from internet network outages beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
